Course Description

Before you pop the cork, learn how to select the perfect champagne and sparkling wine for memorable meals, gift giving or romantic dining. Learn how to differentiate between wines, pronounce their names, and pair food and wine with confidence. Explore the varieties, history and growing regions with many opportunities to taste and enjoy along the way. You must be at least 21 years old to attend. Bring a driver's license or Michigan ID.
