Beer Quality Fundamentals for Brewers

Course Description
Learn simple and easy to implement techniques to help monitor and control the quality of your beer. Develop a broad spectrum quality control program on any budget and with any level of experience. Ask questions and receive feedback about beer quality control parameters and programs from a certified cicerone and beer quality professional. Prerequisite: an understanding of brewery production operations. A .5 hour lunchbreak is not included in CEU total.
