Acrylic Painting: Techniques, Colors & Styles

Course Description
Experience the versatility of acrylic paint as you explore different techniques, styles and color mixing using this water-soluble medium. Create realistic and impressionistic paintings including a landscape, seascape, floral and still life. Bring: Acrylic paints: titanium white, black, cadmium yellow medium, ultramarine blue, Thalo blue, cadmium red light, alizarin crimson, burnt sienna. Canvases or canvas boards: 9x12" or 11x14". Brushes: Taklon nylon. One filbert and one round brush size 8 or 10. Palette: palette paper, 8" paper plate or plastic lid, Sta-wet palette. Extras: paper, pencil, apron, rags or paper towels.
