Enjoy reshaping your body, improving flexibility, and boosting muscular strength with this innovative, moderately-paced blend of traditional yoga poses and moves. The class provides cardiovascular benefits using light hand weights and body bars and includes a relaxing yoga cool down. Bring a sticky mat to class.
