Course Description

Discover the knowledge needed to be a successful Executive Director or Manager of a nonprofit organization. Topics include: strategic planning, risk management, and how to represent your organization. Demonstrate mastery of content and skills by analyzing and presenting a case study to the class. Prerequisite: successful completion of CES2 1701, CES2 1702, CES2 1703, CES2 1704, CES2 1733, CES2 1706.
