Course Description

As a new director of a nonprofit, learn to build relationships, make and execute plans, and get comfortable with the financials of your new organization. Avoid common mistakes as a new executive director. Leave with a plan for your first 90 days in leadership and live the mission! Prerequisite: successful completion of the Nonprofit Management Certificate Program, or instructor approval.
