Fat Burner & Tone
Enjoy 40 minutes of low-to-moderate intensity fat-burning cardio with light hand weights. Spend the following 20 minutes focusing on floor work to target abs, glutes and thighs. Class focuses on continuous motion to ensure maximum results. All fitness levels welcome. Class format will vary. Bring a water bottle and mat to class.
