Full Body Aqua Burn
Enjoy an instructor-led circuit based workout utilizing the natural resistance of water along with resistance tools to get a full body workout. Every class will start with a warm-up and end with a stretch. During the class you will provide 15 minutes of intense cardio followed by targeting each area of the body such as arms, legs and core to provide a full body workout. This class utilizes the whole pool requiring no swim experience, but requires comfort in depth for those who choose to intensify the workout. The instructor will provide options for modification of any moves that involve jumping or deep water.
