Colleen Pilgrim is a professor in the Psychology Department at Schoolcraft College.  She earned her doctoral degree from Wayne State University, specializing in social developmental psychology with an emphasis in cross-cultural research.

Her global projects have included collaborative efforts in Colombia, China, Turkey, and Indonesia and focus on substance use, mental health and child/adolescent development issues.  She is an active member of the Schoolcraft College International Institute as well as the Midwest Institute for International and Intercultural Education. Dr. Pilgrim serves as an Associate Editor for the Schoolcraft College Community College Enterprise journal. Her commitment to students, the College and the community have been the focus of her campus-wide committees and organizations.
