Important: Last Day to Submit a Graduation Application

The last day to submit a graduation application for each semester is as follows:

  • Fall 2021 (December) - Monday, January 3, 2022
  • Winter 2022 (May) - Thursday, May 5, 2022
  • Spring 2022 (June) - Thursday, June 10, 2022
  • Summer 2022 (August) - Thursday, August 25, 2022

Graduation applications submitted after these dates will be moved to the next semester.

If you have graduated but are continuing your education, please complete an Academic Program Change Form to add a new academic program to your record.  You cannot register for courses or receive financial aid without an active academic program.

Courses being applied to the MACRAO endorsement must be completed before the Fall 2019 semester.  Courses taken in the Fall 2019 semester and forward can only be applied to the MTA endorsement.

When will I receive my diploma?

Diplomas are mailed out after the final grades are posted and the graduation process has been completed.

There is a $10 charge for duplicate diplomas.
