Master the Gourmet Pizza: Hands-on

Course Description

Learn to serve pizza that is so much more than pepperoni and cheese. Take pride in serving fresh, delicious and innovative gourmet pizza. Learn pizza making techniques using a variety of doughs, sauces, and toppings. Both grill and pizza stone cooking techniques covered. Prerequisite: Wear a white chef jacket, dark pants and comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Bring a tool kit with the following: a paring and chef's knife; peeler; and measuring spoons. Prerequisite: CES 2187 Cooking 101: Skill Development or with instructor's approval.
