Course Description
If baking is your passion, take five days and join the Baking Academy. Raise your baking skill level no matter where your skills are currently. Begin with basic sanitation and baking skills. Once mastered, you'll prepare a scrumptious variety of pies, cookies, breads, muffins, coffee cake, French croissants and brioche! Take home a new creation daily impressing your family with your new skills. No experience necessary.
A chef coat will be provided along with a drink and dessert. Bring a bag lunch to camp each day. Requirements: bring a tool kit with the following: a paring and chef knife, peeler, heat proof spatula and measuring spoons. Wear long pants and comfortable, closed-toe shoes; long hair should be tied back. KOC Culinary camps are very intensive.
