Coffee & Dessert Pairing

Course Description
With many types of coffees sporting unique flavor characteristics, they have the ability to complement and even enhance the taste of any dessert. Journey into the sensory terminology for coffee tasting and coffee theory, and learn the pairing skills to enhance your own palate. Expect to actively participate in a brewing demo using a Chemex brewer, and discuss results in small groups and as an entire class.
