Italian Inspired Ricotta Pancakes: Demo

Course Description

Inspired by an adventure in Italy, these ricotta pancakes were created for a restaurant in Florence and are one of Michelle Bommarito's favorite, signature recipes. Your ricotta pancakes will turn out light, fluffy and oh-so-delicious. A specialty maple syrup will be demonstrated along with a Greek yogurt and granola parfait. When finished, you will know how to create the perfect brunch!
