Course Description

Prepare for five days of basic training, the cooking kind! Prepare daily menus for 4-6 people to enjoy. Just a few of the items you will make include: wonton soup, fried rice, caprese salad, lemon chicken, roasted salmon and baked polenta. Start each morning by learning how to prep for the day, then learn how to complete a variety of dishes. By the end of the day students and their families will enjoy a delicious meal. No experience necessary. This program will take place via Zoom. Login directions will be sent via e-mail. Make sure that PPL has a current e-mail address for you. This program includes a recipe book. One week prior to the program, the recipes and ingredient list will be e-mailed to you along with a list of other basic tools and equipment. Students will need to purchase ingredients prior to class start. This class includes a KOC apron. Aprons will be available for pick up prior to class start.
