Inside a Detroit Monastery, a miracle is said to have happened. At Friar Solanus Casey's resting place, a pilgrim was healed. Pope Francis declared the healing a miracle and in 2017, nearly 70,000 people filled a Detroit football stadium to see the beatification ceremony. Author Patricia Montemurri will share the moving story of Blessed Solanus Casey's life, including his early ministry to the poor, those healed by his prayers, and his path to possible sainthood.
