Course Description

Yoga is about honoring your own body. Learn breathing techniques to help relax the mind and move into a slow flowing sequence to help energize the body. Restorative poses, also called active relaxation, will bring balance to your life and help you journey into a place of deep contentment, heal your body and calm your mind. Beginning and continuing students are welcome. Bring a sticky mat to class.
