Sunrise, Stretch, Strength & Tone
Begin your day with an invigorating workout designed to improve your overall strength, balance, flexibility and posture. Using a variety of equipment, incorporate active stretching, low impact movements, targeting floor work and Pilates inspired exercises to leave you feeling energized. Alternative options for students with osteoporosis and osteopenia will be given. Wear exercise clothing. Bring a mat and water bottle to class.
