Self-Defense: Personal Safety Training for Women

Course Description

In this hands-on, active defense class for women, learn to discern dangerous situations, avoid attack, and defend yourself when an attack cannot be avoided. These basic and easy to use techniques are highly effective and can be lifesaving for women. This training is taught by a law enforcement defense tactic instructor in a safe, comfortable and supportive training environment. Please wear athletic clothing and shoes. All instructors have met the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) to provide firearm instruction to law enforcement officers and police academy recruits within the state of Michigan. Class does not use range. No previous experience is required.
