To improve diversity, achieve equity, and foster inclusion, one must be intentional, consistent, and courageous. Improve your cultural competence as you gain a better understanding of DEI and how it impacts daily interactions, communication, and overall workplace success. Certificate includes What is DEI CES2 0157, Inclusive Communication CES2 0158, and DEI and Organizational Success CES2 0159. Refer to individual class for full description.
