Course Description

Develop a strategic plan for your board of directors and the staff of your nonprofit. Learn how to facilitate a strategic planning session and turn ideas into action. Solve common roadblocks and help your nonprofit organization fulfill its mission Prerequisite: successful completion of the Nonprofit Management Certificate Program, or instructor approval.
