Course Description

Acquire the skills needed for an entry-level role in IT support. Through a blend of online curriculum and real-time, instructor led virtual lessons, learn the fundamentals of IT, including computer networking, operating systems, system administration, and IT security. Each week, four hours will be spent in virtual, instructor led training and six hours spent in online readings and exercises. Requirements: must have reliable and accessible internet access and obtain a Gmail email address.
