Course Description

Dream big as you learn Computer Aided Design (CAD), Manufacturing, Welding, Metallurgy and Robotics in this camp. Start off by designing a product, then bring it to life in the Manufacturing and Welding labs. Heat things up with Metallurgy, as you learn about metals and other materials to support product design and manufacturing. Finish the week learning about Robotics and testing out your new product. Bring a bag lunch to camp each day. Required: For safety reasons wear closed-toe shoes and 100% cotton clothes. Class meets at the Manufacturing & Engineering Center. 13001 Merriman Rd., Livonia, MI 48150.
