Pilates - Virtual
An effective mat Pilates workout for all levels that offers a powerful conditioning program for the entire body. These exercises practiced correctly, promote functional strength of abdominal and back muscles, and help to develop pelvic floor strength and better posture. Focus will be on muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility within the trunk (abdominal, back, and pelvic regions) using the Pilates Principals. This class will take place via Zoom. Login directions will be sent via e-mail. Make sure that PPL has a current e-mail address for you.
Equipment needed: Yoga or Pilates mat
Suggested Equipment: small 9-inch Pilates ball, 2-5 pound dumbbells
