DiPonio Room
The DiPonio Room(s) is 7,667 square feet and can accommodate up to 400 people in a banquet setting or 600 seated at theatre style. Moveable walls make it possible to divide the room into smaller rooms. This meeting room space is well suited for banquets, business and industry expos, product demonstrations, guest speaker luncheons, conference breakout rooms and conference keynote sessions. The podium can accommodate a laptop and DVD player which are connected to the data projectors and five screens mounted in the ceiling. Section D of DiPonio, has a 27’x 9’ screen with High Definition projectors and video cameras allowing several different images to be displayed, customizing the look of your presentation. Your presentation can be simulcast elsewhere in the building or broadcast to off-site locations.
Sutherland Room
The Sutherland Room(s) is 2,398 square feet and can accommodate up to 120 in a banquet setting. Moveable walls make it possible to divide the room into smaller rooms. The room plan includes a combination of 60” round tables and 3’x5’ rectangle tables, making it suitable for banquets, guest speakers or conference breakout space. The instructor station podiums include a desktop computer, laptop connection and a DVD, all connected to the data projector mounted in the ceilings. Each room includes a flipchart and markers.
