The VisTaTech Center is a technology-rich venue that has the ability to bring your remote meeting participants together. With technology built into the rooms it’s easy to include participants that may not be able to attend the meeting because of travel restraints. We offer five different types of conferencing services.
Web Conference/Webinar/Webcast
Participants conduct a live meeting or presentation via the Internet. In a web conference, participants view the conference from the computer and are connected to other participants via the internet.
Audio Conference
Participants communicate in different locations using telephones or a teleconferencing dish to interact with each other.
Satellite Conference
A one-way audio and one way video interaction between two or more locations. Participants at the VisTaTech Center can see and hear the presentation.
Interactive Videoconference
Video interaction between two or more geographical locations. Participants at the VisTaTech Center can see and hear those participants in another location as if they were in the same room.
Simulcast
A one-way audio and one-way video between two or more geographical locations using the Internet.
