Anyone in charge of marketing a small business’ products or services can learn the basics and etiquette of social networking by attending the “Social Media 101 for Small Businesses” seminar at Schoolcraft College on Tuesday, Sept. 19 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Room 103 of the Jeffress Center. The seminar costs $45 and will help small business people explore how to leverage social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to help grow their business while reducing marketing costs.
