New courses can help businesspeople, teachers improve skills during downtime

Schoolcraft College’s Continuing Education and Professional Development (CEPD) program is offering new classes this spring and summer that students can take from the safety of their homes.

Nearly 300 unique online classes with more than 700 sections will be offered through ed2go and UGotClass. Business professionals and teachers in particular likely will find some of the courses offered through ed2go highly valuable. Classes on Microsoft Excel, Introduction to SQL (Structured Query Language), Data Analysis, website development and more are available. View ed2go to get started.

Teachers can take courses that have been approved for State Continuing Education Clock Hours (SCECHs) for Michigan educators. You can view more information here.

Special work-from-home class

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, more people are now working remotely. To help with this transition, UGotClass is offering a two-week class on how to effectively work from home for $10. To learn more, view the course description here.
