Pageturners Book Club has announced the winners of its 11th annual Pageturners Writing and Art Awards. These awards have been created to motivate the students to read, be inspired and create back.
Pageturners invited all Schoolcraft College students to submit creative essays or artworks inspired by Pageturners books. Pageturners Book Club is able to present these awards - $250 each - thanks to the generous support of the Schoolcraft College Foundation.

Winner: Sierra Messer
Inspiration: “What the Eyes Don’t See” by Mona Hanna-Attisha
Pageturners Art Award
Winner: Miki Taguchi
Inspiration: “The Big Sleep” by Raymond Chandler
Pageturners also thanks Professor Denise Schell (English), Professor Wayne Pricer (Library) and Christina Bazylewicz (Duplication Design Center) for donating their time and expertise to help judge the contest.
