Meet Patrick Yee, a 2011 Schoolcraft College graduate. Yee chose Schoolcraft College on the strength of a great reputation and recommendations from family and friends. During his time here, faculty and staff were very helpful and taught him “how to prepare to be a successful college student.” During his first few years, Yee took advantage of the free tutoring opportunities in the Learning Center, which helped him to get on the Dean’s List.
After Yee graduated from Schoolcraft, he transferred to Western Michigan University and was able to get into one of the top-rated occupational therapy bachelor’s and master’s programs in the country. Yee’s time at Schoolcraft has led to lifelong friendships and memories. “Had it not been for the great professors and staff at Schoolcraft,” said Yee, “I would not be an occupational therapist today.”
Yee said that he is “truly grateful” for his time at Schoolcraft, and his experience prepared him to be the professional that he is today.
