The Registrar/Records Office maintains students’ permanent academic records and provides a variety of services for students and Alumni. These services include the enforcement of academic policies, grading, enrollment reporting and all things related to credentials, graduation and transcripts.
The 2020 Grad Fair and Commencement Ceremony have been cancelled due to the Coronavirus. For more information please visit the Schoolcraft College Coronavirus page.
The last day to submit a graduation application for each semester is as follows:
- Fall 2021 (December) - Monday, January 3, 2022
- Winter 2022 (May) - Thursday, May 5, 2022
- Spring 2022 (June) - Thursday, June 10, 2022
- Summer 2022 (August) - Thursday, August 25, 2022
Graduation applications submitted after these dates will be moved to the next semester.
If you have graduated but are continuing your education, please complete an Academic Program Change Form to add a new academic program to your record. You cannot register for courses or receive financial aid without an active academic program.
Courses being applied to the MACRAO endorsement must be completed before the Fall 2019 semester. Courses taken in the Fall 2019 semester and forward can only be applied to the MTA endorsement.
